We are driven by the desire to solve the hardest problems we can lay our hands on and then build elegant, lasting, and effective solutions; implement them efficiently; document them beautifully; and deliver them in a long-term supportable state.
To do this, we draw on many decades of hands-on experience in front office and risk, mathematics, IT infrastructure, computer science, management, machine learning, economics, product ownership, trading, physics, psychology, data science, linguistics … – the hard problems are rarely solved within the boundaries of a single field of expertise, and we care deeply about putting our name to the best of engineering.
Our engineers and consultants are distinguished by their knowledge, their autotelic personalities, and their understanding of the possibilities that open through building alliances and collaborating closely with client teams. All our degrees would not be worth the paper they are written on if we cannot speak the language of our clients.

Team Enhancement
Our consultants work as a part of an existing team within the organisation, adding required expertise. This is a more traditional short term consultancy model where we lend our expertise to solve a known and well scoped-out problem for our clients.
Foundational Project Work
We embed a small efficient team within an organisation at the inception of large scale long term projects, setting foundations in the early stages and working with in-house teams on a smooth handover.
Project Ownership
This is a model suitable for projects with well defined and rounded scope. We work as an embedded team or independently, take ownership of the project end-to-end, and deliver the finished product, providing any required customizations and updates in close collaboration with clients.
In Depth Review
Where existing modelling or technical stack would benefit from a detailed review, problem identification, and suggestions for improvement, we would assign a team to dive deep into the existing projects, learn all about them, work with existing client teams to identify pain points, and suggest optimal improvements or migration paths.
